Proud Richard’s Restaurant was established in 2021 with a simple vision: to bring exceptional fine dining and seasonally inspired cuisine to Jacksonville, Illinois. After years of studying under multiple executive chefs throughout the Chicagoland area, our founder developed a passion for creating memorable dining experiences centered around fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and thoughtful presentation. We called last minute to accommodate 16 people last minute, which turned into 13. Brenda was great at navigating the last minute request and getting us a table. Gabby was amazing, and handled our group with ease. Everything was SO good! Cocktails, appetizers, entrees, and even dessert. Highly recommend! Thank you to the staff for a great experience!
