We're Proud Richard's Restaurant and we've been an American restaurant here in Jacksonville, IL since 2021. We offer a wide variety of dishes, including our famous burgers and seasonal menu. We are proud to serve you a locally-sourced menu that is sure to please your palette. Our team works hard every day to provide you with the finest dining experience possible. Waiter Adam gave great service and very knowledgeable . Food tasted fabulous. We wish we lived closer to come back. Highly recommend this great dining! You won’t be disappointed. We ordered the following Homemade crackers and pimientos cheese appetizer was delish and the filet perfect with herb potatoes was a fine entree! Soup tomato and salad homemade dressing was yum!

Proud Richard's offered an awesome blend of classic staples along with some delicious options for the adventurous ones at our table as well! The atmosphere and outstanding service made such a memorable experience for my family. Joe's (Owner, chef, all around awesome dude! He even stopped by our table!) menu had something for everybody in our party, and everything was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I'm drooling already just thinking about the salad, the squash pasta that was freakin' amazeballs, and the BURGER! OMG, SOOOOO GOOD!! My best friend got the steak and it was cooked to absolute perfection! *chef's kiss* Can't wait to go back already! If you're looking for somewhere to celebrate a special occasion, or simply want to enjoy a delicious meal, I'd say Proud Richard's is an excellent choice.

Back in Springfield for work, I made a special trip to Jacksonville just to dine at Proud Richards again. The food and staff are consistently top-notch, and we were delighted to have Adam as our server once more. We started with the delectable Mac n Cheese and crab dip, followed by the exquisite chicken piccata and pan-fried trout for our entrées. For dessert, we shared a heavenly tres leches cake. Proud Richards never disappoints and remains thee culinary highlight in Jacksonville.
